Cancellation/Refund Policy

Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Cancellations made by November 5, 2010 are subject to a $100 USD cancellation fee
Cancellations after November 5, 2010, as well as no-shows, are liable for the full registration fee. Entire registrations, however, may be transferred to a colleague if you find that you are unable to attend after registering.
