Spatial Fusion® Enterprise offers robust server tools for managing web applications and their spatial data presentation, as well as a simple yet powerful end user interface. A proprietary framework for data drawing, including map tiling and caching strategies, allows users to seamlessly navigate small to very large datasets.
Additionally, Spatial Fusion Enterprise supports industry standard data standards such as Open Geospatial Consortium, Inc.® (OGC) standards for Web Map Service (WMS), Web Map Tiling Service (WMTS), Web Feature Service (WFS), Web Coverage Service (WCS), Geography Markup Language (GML), GeoRSS and Keyhole Markup Language (KML). SFE also implements the European Community's INSPIRE Directive Network Services for View and Feature Download. This facilitates the sharing capabilities of the technology.
For those in the hydrographic sector, Spatial Fusion Enterprise extends the CARIS Ping-to-Chart workflow to include data distribution via the web. Data can be served from Hydrographic Production Database (HPD) and Bathy DataBASE seamlessly, allowing for interrogation of electronic charts and bathymetry via the web.
