Dictionary Editor
Customize HPD dictionaries to add or modify feature definitions for use with an organizations data. Multiple dictionaries can be created and maintained with the HPD Dictionary Editor.
Sub-Agency Configuration
Manage the assignment of the Feature Object Identifiers (FOIDs). FOIDS can be grouped by sub-agencies allowing hydrographic organizations to assign unique ranges of subdivisions to different departments or offices.
Usage Manager
Create usages that are the fundamental organizational structure for the HPD source data. Usages are set up in a hierarchy with products being able to be generated from multiple usages defined at the source level.
User Manager
Create users that can simultaneously access the same database. Roles can be assigned to each user to allow only specific tasks to be carried out by a user or to allow only certain privileges for data access.
Creation and Maintenance
Create and maintain the HPD data model providing the structure for loading and maintaining the HPD source and product data. Based on the IHO S-57 specifications the data model creates the common link between the source and product data in a seamless database.
Load Source Data
Load data into the HPD database from ENCs and CARIS HOB files. Data can be easily loaded from batch files on multiple usages.
Manage Data Sources
Manage data sources including documents and images in association with projects. Registry information can also be maintained for the data sources.
Manage Projects
Manage your HPD workflow by creating projects that are assigned specific tasks, timelines, priorities and data sources.
