Registration

Full CARIS 2010 registration entitles you to your selection of one two-day hands-on Training Camp, Conference Sessions, refreshment breaks, four luncheons, one evening reception and one evening dinner event. Conference-only registration is also available.

Space is limited, so register early. There will be no on-site registration. The registration deadline is March 12, 2010.

Complimentary registration is included as part of many of the Sponsorship Solutions available for those seeking to gain additional exposure for your organization.

How to Register

Online Registration and payment via credit card (MasterCard or VISA) is preferred.

Where use of the online registration form and/or credit card payment is not feasible, please download the Registration Form.

All CARIS 2010 registrations are confirmed only upon receipt of payment.



Cancellation/Refund Policy

Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Cancellations made by January 8, 2010 are subject to a $100 USD cancellation fee. Cancellations after January 8, 2010, as well as no-shows, are liable for the full registration fee. Entire registrations, however, may be transferred to a colleague if you find that you are unable to attend after registering. Requests for substitutions must be made in writing before the registration deadline by email to caris2010@caris.com or by fax to +1 (506) 459-3849.

Program and Session Cancellation

CARIS reserves the right to cancel programs and/or sessions because of low registration. In the unlikely event of a cancellation, all registrants will be notified and will receive a full refund if applicable.

Do not forget to book your hotel room. If you contact the CARIS 2010 venue, the Four Seasons Hotel Miami at +1 (305) 358-3535 by Tuesday, February 23, 2010 and refer to the room block for the CARIS conference, you will receive the special rate for the event of $175.00 USD plus tax.
