CARIS 2010 participants are responsible for making their own hotel accommodation arrangements and paying for all associated charges, taxes and incidentals.
A room block has been arranged at the CARIS 2010 venue for event participants, the Four Seasons Hotel Miami.
Individuals must indicate their affiliation with the CARIS event when making reservations to receive the group rate.
Deadline for Group Rates: Tuesday, February 23, 2010.

Refer to the room block for the CARIS conference, you will receive the special rate for the event of $175.00 USD plus tax.
Please note: All CARIS 2010 attendees shall be individually responsible for all related liabilities, losses, demands, damages, costs and expenses, including (without limitation) property damages and/or personal injuries suffered or incurred by the Hotel or any employee or staff member of the Hotel or other guests or invitee of the Hotel arising as a direct or indirect result of any negligence by said CARIS attendee with the use of the hotel's facilities.
