Program and Session Cancellation

CARIS reserves the right to cancel programs and/or sessions because of low registration. In the unlikely event of a cancellation, all registrants will be notified and will receive a full refund if applicable.

Registrations will not be processed without payment.

Early Registration Discount

You are invited to take advantage of the early registration discount. The deadline for early registration is March 10, 2008. Registration information, including complete payment, must be RECEIVED before or on this date to qualify for the early registration discount.

Advance Registration Discount

You are invited to take advantage of an advance registration discount. The deadline for advance registration is September 15, 2008. Registration forms, including complete payment information, must be RECEIVED by this date to qualify for the advance registration discount.

On-Site Registration

Registration forms received AFTER September 15, 2008 will not be processed. After this date on-site registration will be necessary. Please be prepared to complete an on-site Registration Form at the CARIS 2008 Registration & Information Desk.

Group Rate

The Group Rate is a per-person registration cost. By registering with three or more people from your organization, you can save approximately 15% per registrant. To qualify for group registration rates, at least three people must register, the attendees must be from the same company, and we must receive the registrations at the same general time.

Payment Information

Full payment MUST accompany all registration forms. CARIS 2008 registration is confirmed upon receipt of payment

Acceptable forms of payment include:

• Credit Card: MasterCard or VISA only
• Cheque: Payable to CARIS
• Purchase Order: Purchase orders will be accepted from government organizations and academic institutions only.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Cancellations made by June 30, 2008 are subject to a $100 USD cancellation fee. Cancellations after June 30, 2008 as well as no-shows, are liable for the full registration fee. All substitutions must be made in writing. Substitutions can be made at any time.
