Participants are responsible for making reservations and paying for their own hotel rooms, including all charges, taxes, and incidentals.

A limited block of rooms at special CARIS 2008 rates is being held for participants at the Hilton Bath City Hotel, which will be the central facility for the event.

Double:	£120.00** Per Night

*Additional nights will be charged £122.00 Single and £132.00 Double
**Includes Bed and Breakfast and Value Added Tax (VAT) of 17.5%

Room Rate Deadline: August 9, 2008
This block of hotel rooms will be held for participants at conference rates up to August 9, 2007. After this date the hotel will release the reserved block and all rooms will be on an "as available" basis at regular hotel rates.

Getting to Bath

Participants are responsible for their own transportation to and from the Hilton Bath City Hotel.

Bath is only 90 minutes from London Paddington by train, a short drive from the M4/M5 motorways (Bath is located 120 miles west of London) and just 15 miles from Bristol International Airport.

Parking

Parking is not included for guests of the Hilton Bath City Hotel. Participants will be responsible for their parking fees when using the Hilton Bath City Hotel parking facilities at a cost of £17.00 GBP per 24hrs.

Being a compact city, parking is at a premium in Bath. Delegates traveling by car are encouraged to take advantage of Park and Ride facilities or travel by rail where possible.
